I advise festivals, cultural institutions, and professional networks seeking to make their programmes, partnerships, and working practices more inclusive and representative. This can include reviewing an existing approach, developing a DEIA initiative, facilitating internal conversations, and turning institutional intentions into realistic actions.

I design and facilitate conversations, workshops, professional encounters, and collaborative structures across the performing-arts sector.
